If you were not born in Tuttle, you are an outisder. There are a couple of teachers at the elementary school who are shining stars' and I am very appreciative my grandchildren were fortunate enough to have them as teachers, but for the most part, Tuttle Schools are like the town of Tuttle. When I questioned the school about this process, they explained it had to do with 'state standards' and 'state testing' there is just not enough time to complete everything this particular curriculum demands. They cover the material very quickly, not giving a lot of children a chance to adequately learn one concept before immediately moving on to another. Some, not all, of the teachers could not care less about ensuring your child receives a quality education.
